Brought my senior dog, Prince, to this clinic today for the first time to check out a problem with his eyelid. Dr. Diana was helpful and provided me with a range of options for treatments. She also did not guilt or pressure me into a specific treatment, which I’ve experienced at a different vet in Ajax. In addition to helping Prince with his eyelid issue, she also took note of his benign warts, checked out his anal glands, and confirmed that his ears were healthy. She explained his situation and patiently answered my questions over the phone after an initial check up. After picking him up, I sent some follow-up questions that were replied to promptly. Prince ended up getting an antibiotic injection for his eyelid irritation and I hope he gets better in two weeks. Thanks Ajax North team!

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to! Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Dr. Diana did an amazing job removing a tumor from our dog’s head and doing extensive dental surgery, which took over 4 hours! The follow up care included a daily phone call to check on our dog and attentiveness to his healing afterwards. I have full faith in Dr. Diana and her staff and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring veterinary services. I give it a 6 Star rating! ; )

Best vet I’ve been to yet! Very friendly staff. One of the veterinarians (Dianna) is so good with our pup. Never have any issues with the vaccines when she does them. Very knowledgeable as well. And a nice little perk with your first visit is you get an info package with lots of helpful information, a coupon book for hills advantage premium vet-only food (first bag is free!) and also a 1 month free trial of pet insurance! Highly recommend this vet!

Diana is a true animal lover and a dedicated, skilled veterinarian. I drive 60 minutes round-trip to access her expertise, affordable pricing, and extensive care for my dog Shadow. We’ve been a client at this clinic for 5 years and lately he’s been dealing with GI issues, but Diana has always provided the best service: demonstrating patience, flexibility, thoroughly explaining his condition/treatment, presenting affordable treatment options, and constant follow-ups.

I have shopped around for quality and affordable vets in the GTA but have returned to her because she’s the only vet I can trust. Her dedication extends to taking supplemental courses and staying up to date with industry knowledge and putting together a well-oiled support team — both competent and reliable.

Very caring veterinarian clinic. They saved my dog’s life. At 13 yrs old he had to go undergo delicate surgery for teeth removal… now, 1.5yrs later, my dog is as happy as ever, healthy and full of life. They are reasonably priced and won’t pressure you for unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend them.

Amazing staff and the Veterinarian Diana is caring and very knowledgeable. We had to take our 15 year old Bichon to her as we had an emergency and our regular vet was away. She spent a lot of time answering all our questions and even called us for a follow-up. Regret for not going to her before. No one ever cared for our senior dog like she did.

We went the day after getting our new puppy for a health check. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My 2 1/2 yo son was with me and it was a good experience for all of us.
