Dr. Diana Rizk - Veterinarian

Dr. Diana Rizk graduated from the University of Mansoura in Egypt in June of 2007.

She has successfully completed both the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and American Veterinary Medical Association Certification Programs for foreign veterinary graduates and became a member of the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Rizk is interested in all aspects of small animal veterinary medicine, and shares her home with her kitten Bellamy.

She has been practicing at Ajax North Pet Hospital since January 2015.

Christine - Veterinary Technician

Christine studied veterinary technology at The University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus and graduated in 2013.

With 15 years of experience, she started her interest in veterinary medicine well before going to college. She has experience in regular veterinary clinics, cat only veterinary medicine, emergency medicine, with zoo animals and in wildlife rehabilitation.

Christine shares her life with her German Shepherd Charlie as well as cats Evan, Gary, and her special needs cat named Bobert.

In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, photography and anything creative!

Shelby - Veterinary Assistant

Shelby knew at a very young age that she wanted to work with animals. Growing up, she volunteered her time at animal clinics and her local zoo.

She graduated from the Veterinary Assistant Program at St. Laurence College in Kingston in 2016.

Her collage placement was at the Toronto Zoo where she helped the keepers care for large cats, birds and rhinoceros.

Shelby shares her life with her 2 year old German Shepherd named Rose and her Siamese cat Mowgli.

In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, going for long walks with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.
